Brett Smith
Graduating with a B.Comm from Rhodes University and an LLB degree from the University of Cape Town (UCT), Brett has an impressive academic record including a long list of awards. To name a few: First in KZN for the Notarial Practice exam, Deans Merit list – UCT (2019), Class medal for Law Evidence and First in Class (2019) and Bowmans prize for Tax Law and First in Class (2019).
A natural leader and keen sportsman, Brett played first team water polo and rugby during his high school years at Maritzburg College, and was the sports representative and academic mentor for College House at Rhodes University. Brett’s additional interests include fly fishing, trail running and rugby.
